Lip Gloss

Early this morning I tried developing a new product. I'm not sure I've quite nailed down the recipe but I made lip gloss! I'd been playing with the idea for about a month and finally just ordered the supplies and went for it. So far, I made a Kahlua lip gloss and a cupcake icing one too. It wasn't too difficult, the only problem I came across was that it sets up very quickly. The pipettes I used to pour the lip gloss into the containers got clogged frequently since the lip gloss was almost instantly setting up inside them. I had to put them in the microwave and quickly squeeze out the gloss (good thing they were soft plastic pipettes!). The Kahlua lip gloss wasn't sweet enough and didn't have much flavor so I stepped it up for the cupcake lip gloss and am going to try that right now.....!

The results are in. Although the lipstick is very creamy yet not at all sticky and feels very good on my lips, I still taste no flavor or sweetness. I will have to try again tomorrow. I used half an ounce of the base, 1/3 teaspoon of flavoring, and 1/4 packet of stevia powder. Maybe tomorrow I'll use half an ounce of base, 1/2 teaspoon of flavoring, and 1/2 packet of stevia powder? I'm not sure. Other than the lip gloss, I'm experiencing some serious creativity block. I can't think of anything creative to do. Any suggestions?

Well, without anything more to offer you, I have to leave you with the challenge to strive for a new idea today.
